This is a used Atomic Double deck Vario Cut Shaped Skis with Atomic neox 412 demo bindings that adjust from boot size 5-13 so you won't have to re drill your skis. The Atomic DD Skis are one of the more versatile skis that Atomic has ever made.The all new ski construction made By separating the connection to the skier and the connection to the snow into two independent pieces, Atomic was able to develop a ski that is both forgiving and high performance at the same time. With the D2 Vario Flex Atomic has now, for the first time ever, managed to develop a ski model that features progressively increasing flex. The greater the pressure exerted in the turning phase, the harder the flex. This results in a ski which is very athletic and has excellent tracking and precise turn control even at high speeds. If the skier applies less pressure to the upper deck, the ski has softer flex with easier turn initiation and minimum effort. A major benefit for all skiers: the D2 Vario Flex is maneuverable and dynamic in short turns and stable and forgiving in long turns and when skiing straight ahead. The secret is the automatic adaptation of the flex during the turn. Five connecting pieces made of elastomers between the upper deck and the lower deck ensure active suspension and very smooth skiing. The D2 Vario Flex shows its strengths best in a variety of terrain or on a poorly groomed slope. The ski finds the basic position again quickly, even at high speeds, and thus prevents the very strong oscillations that often occur with conventional ski constructions and can cause mistakes.

With the Motion iPT Wide Ride and sidecut, the Grizzly is wide enough to float through powder and beat up the crud, but can also handle hard carves on groomers. The versatility of the Grizzly is increased even further by the 3 Position Power Switch Technology.

This ski was used for 1 season in a high end ski shop demo program. It has light to moderate scratches and scuffing. These skis are in great condition!!!! On the tip the metal cap is bent out of shape is some areas,this is just cosmetic There is light p-tex that was done well. The bottoms are smooth and in great shape. I will have it sharpened and waxed before shipping.
